Return Policy – Subject to Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under certain conditions.

General return conditions:

1. Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Condition of the product: The returned product must be:

• Not used
• In its original packaging, undamaged
• Comes with all accessories, instructions and labels.

3. Products not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Products on sale or on promotion

4. Return procedure:

• Please contact us via email: golf@evianresort.com before any return.
• After validation, you will receive precise instructions for returning your item.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Validation and reimbursement:

• Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the validation of the return.
• If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days.
