To conserve resources, we have chosen to use packaging from recovery streams, illustrating our constant commitment to the principles of the circular economy.
About returns:
We do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we accept returns under certain conditions.
General return conditions:
1. Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
2. Condition of the product: The returned product must be:
- Unused
- In its original, intact packaging
- Accompanied by any accessories, instructions, and labels.
3. Products not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or promotional products
4. Return procedure:
- Please contact us via email: golf@evianresort.com before any return.
- After validation, you will receive precise instructions for returning your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
5. Validation and refund:
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return validation.
- If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days.
