Return Policy – Under Conditions

We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we accept returns under certain conditions.

General return conditions:

1. Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Product condition: The returned product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original, intact packaging
  • Accompanied by all possible accessories, manuals, and labels.

3. Products not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or promotional products

4. Return procedure:

  • After validation, you will receive precise instructions for returning your item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

5. Validation and refund:

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the return validation.
  • If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days.
